By accessing or using Caroush, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Caroush on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You agree not to use Caroush to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive.

You must comply with the terms and policies of any third-party social platform you connect.

You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

You retain ownership of the content you create with Caroush. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and publish it on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload or generate.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically unless cancelled.

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Caroush is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caroush is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
