- Billing and transaction data: plan, invoices, payment status, and limited billing details handled by our payment providers.

AI features need context from your prompts and workspace settings.When you use AI features, Caroush may process your prompts, content inputs, brand notes, selected settings, and generated outputs to deliver the requested result.
- Generated outputs may be imperfect, duplicated, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific platform.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it.
- We may use usage patterns, feedback, and quality signals to improve Caroush features.
- Where third-party AI providers are used, we share only what is needed to provide the requested feature.

Subscriptions, cancellations, and billing records
We retain the billing information needed to administer your plan and meet legal obligations.For transparency, our commercial subscription policy is summarized here. The Terms of Use govern your purchase and should be reviewed before subscribing.
- Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed, it is final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
- Cancelling prevents the next renewal. You may continue using your paid plan and its included features until the current paid billing period expires.
- We retain plan, payment status, invoice, cancellation, and transaction records as needed for billing, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
- Payment card details are handled by our payment provider; Caroush receives limited payment and transaction information needed to manage your subscription.
No prorated refunds or credits are provided for unused time, plan downgrades, accidental purchases, or partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here.- Workspace content is retained while your account is active unless you delete it or request deletion.
- Billing, audit, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained longer where required or permitted.
- Access tokens and connected platform data are retained while integrations are active or as needed to complete publishing workflows.
- We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration.
No internet service can guarantee perfect security. If you believe your account or data has been compromised, contact us immediately.
